Versatile Construction Inc. (VCI) is a privately owned general construction company founded by Radesh Singh in Barbados in 2004, with satellite offices in Guyana and Saint Lucia. As the foundation of the Versatile Group of Companies, VCI has grown through its involvement in major regional projects and a commitment to delivering quality, reliability, and exceptional workmanship. As the company expanded, so did the vision — to create a turnkey group capable of providing clients with a complete spectrum of services under one roof. Today, VCI delivers projects from concept to completion, combining construction expertise with the resources and capabilities of the wider Versatile Group.
Versatile Homes Inc
Versatile Homes Inc. was established in 2020 in response to the region’s growing demand for affordable, durable, and efficiently constructed homes that combine the comfort of traditional design with modern, distinctive features. Each home is designed and engineered in-house, with components manufactured and assembled in a controlled environment at our Barbados facility. Built using sustainably sourced materials and centered around a hardwood structural core of Greenheart timber, our homes are constructed with high-quality materials and fasteners to ensure strength, durability, and longevity. Designed for efficiency from start to finish, our homes can be assembled quickly and seamlessly on-site, minimizing construction time while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Every home is delivered as a complete living solution, with kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, fixtures, and fittings finished to a high standard. Our modular approach also allows homeowners to expand their living space as their needs evolve, providing flexibility for the future. Engineered with the Caribbean environment in mind, each home is designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and gale-force winds.

The Furniture Boutique is a full-service design, build, and bespoke millwork company, specializing in high-quality custom solutions for both commercial and residential projects. From concept and design through fabrication and installation, our experienced team of designers, project managers, and skilled craftsmen delivers a seamless turnkey experience, creating spaces that are tailored to each client’s vision and requirements. Our capabilities extend across custom cabinetry, millwork, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and other bespoke interior solutions, with every detail carefully crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and finish. Working alongside our construction and residential development divisions, The Furniture Boutique forms an integral part of the Versatile Group’s end-to-end offering.
