Our story
In the heart of Barbados, two decades ago, a vision for excellence in the construction industry took shape with the founding of Versatile Construction Inc. It was a humble beginning, born from the ambitious dream of our founder, Radesh Singh — to create a company that would not only build structures but forge lasting relationships and contribute to the development of Barbados.
Our inception was marked by a deep commitment to quality, integrity and innovation. Starting with a small, dedicated team, we quickly distinguished ourselves in the Barbadian construction sector. Our first projects, though modest, were executed with a precision that soon became our trademark.
As we grew, so did our reputation. We became known for our ability to tackle diverse construction challenges and adapt to changing market demands. That early success laid the foundation for a thriving, multi-country group with offices in Guyana and Saint Lucia — and for a full suite of services spanning construction, homes, millwork and materials.

From one crew to one group.
Radesh Singh founds Versatile Construction Inc in Barbados. A small, dedicated team, and a commitment to quality, integrity and innovation that the group still runs on.
Involvement in regional projects takes the construction division beyond Barbados, with satellite offices established in Guyana and Saint Lucia.
Recognising the market's need for a single provider, the group expands into millwork, furnishing and materials so clients can go from concept to completion in one place.
Versatile Homes is formed to meet the region's need for affordable, durable, quick-to-assemble houses, assembled in controlled conditions at the group's Barbados facility.
